Delivery Partner

All orders are dispatched exclusively with a delivery partner selected according to destination and serviceability. Tracking information will be shared when available.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery (selected PIN codes, additional charge applies): 2–3 business days
• Remote / J&K / Northeast: 8–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to courier serviceability and unforeseen events (public holidays, local disruptions).

Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery: On all orders above ₹1,499
• Standard Charge: ₹99 on orders below ₹1,499
• Express Surcharge: ₹199 additional (where available)

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch when provided by the delivery partner.

Orders are packed securely. Packaging details may vary by product and order.
